Music Scholarships
We believe music can heal the world. Studies have shown music can serve as a source of happiness that benefits health and well-being while reducing stress. However, we have noticed that there is a lack of effort in promoting the arts in school and the programs that exist tend to be high in cost or cater to specific age groups, genres, or instruments. That’s why we strive to keep music accessible and affordable for all individuals.
We have supplied over 400 scholarships since our inception and every year we retain and enroll more students interested in our program. The scholarships we offer have come out of our pockets but now we offer so many that we can't do this by ourselves anymore.
We are now able to and hoping to count on those with gracious hearts, relying on their abundant generosity and benevolence to support our music students. Now that we have our 501c3, we know that we will be able to continue to make a difference in the lives of our students.

Our Program

Our founders earned their Masters in Public Administration and learned about non-profit organizations which inspired them to begin the program. We have been awarding scholarships since 2010 with sponsorships from coaches, staff, and leader figures proving our commitment to our students and our mission. Maison de Music Foundation was founded in 2019 to expand efforts and raise more funds to make lessons more accessible and encourage individuals to pursue music education. We may be new to the nonprofit sector but our mission is not. We are prepared to be vigilant, persistent with grant applications, and transparent to the community to encourage donations.
The priority of our instructors is to promote growth, confidence, and improvement. With the help of our friends in the music industry, we will create a music community that connects students with each other and outside resources like professionals and creators. We value our students and believe in the power of music to better the world. |
